Our refund and returns policy is based on Marketing Products and Services.

Marketing Services like ATL activations, BTL activations, Digital Marketing , Events, Exhibitions, Man Power Solutions will be monitored by the Brand Profesor team with the customer on day to day basis. Every Step taken by the Brand Profesor team will be approved from the customer Point of Contact only. Hence, the refund option will be not available in such conditions. Any fault occurred in the marketing services will be handled by the Brand Profesor Team.

 

Marketing Products like

  2. 3D Signage’s
  3. Printed Signage’s
  4. Promotional elements
  5. Print Media
  6. Event Elements
  7. Exhibition Elements , all these products will be sold on rental and purchase methods in our www.brandprofesor.com online website.

All the above elements will be custom made based on customers requirements. We will be taking each and every step which includes design approval, color approval, material approval, cost approval , size approval from the customer before delivering the rental or purchase products.

Any damages in the products will be taken back and will be given a new product at the time of delivery only. Once the customer has used the products the damage and refund concern will not be applicable.

Rental Products

The damages made by the customer for the rental elements will be notified then and there from the Brand Profesor Team before receiving back. The damage cost should be handled by the customer only.

Any damaged rental product at the time of installing or delivery should be brought to notice to the delivery team and the complete product will be replaced by the Brand Profesor Team.

Product cancellation

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reach@brandprofesor.com
